Carpool Parking Permit

Capitol Rideshare is pleased to offer a preferential Rideshare Parking Permit to all State employees in Maricopa County who carpool three or more days per week. This permit allows parking in reserved Rideshare spaces on the days that you carpool. If you and a friend (state employee or non-state employee) would like to obtain a permit (ONLY ONE PERMIT PER CARPOOL IS ISSUED), please complete the application. Each section must have information about the carpooler. If you have more than two in your carpool, please complete an application for each member.
